Terms of Service

By accessing or using Petencore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Petencore creates personalized, AI-generated gift songs. You complete a short questionnaire — who the song is for, the occasion, a personal story with details, and your chosen genre and mood. We then use AI to write original lyrics (via the Anthropic Claude API) and generate music (via fal.ai / MiniMax), and present the finished song on a player page. Before paying, you can listen to a free preview of part of the song. Each song is unique and generated on demand.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Petencore. By using the Service you confirm that you are 16 or older. The Service is not intended for children under 16.

Petencore offers a single product: unlocking a full personalized song. The price is a one-time payment of $9.99 USD on the English site, or 425 Kčwhen purchasing through the Czech version of the site — a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price shown next to the “Unlock” button at the time of purchase is the price you pay. All prices are final and include VAT at the statutory rate where applicable. Before buying, a free preview of part of the song is available so you can evaluate it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

After payment, you receive two emails. The first arrives within a few minutes and contains a link to your song page. The second is sent once your song has finished generating and contains the full lyrics and a link to download the track as an MP3.

From your song page — and from the second email — you can play the full track, download it as an MP3, and read the complete lyrics. Your song also remains available at its unique link.

If you have not received your emails within an hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@petencore.com.

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, your song is digital content created to your individual specifications and delivered immediately.

In line with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and §1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code), the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. You give this consent explicitly, by ticking the dedicated checkbox on the checkout screen before payment; without it, the purchase cannot be completed. The free preview lets you evaluate the song before you buy.

We will provide a full refund if the song failed to generate or a technical error prevented you from receiving it — see our Refund Policy for details. Outside of those cases, because each song is individually made for you, purchases are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@petencore.com.

You agree not to use Petencore to create songs that contain or promote:

• hate speech, threats, or harassment;
• material that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties;
• illegal activity;
• explicit, obscene, or otherwise unacceptable content.

Petencore reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any submission that violates these guidelines.

You agree to:

• provide truthful and accurate information;
• only submit personal details about other people — for example, the person the song is for — that you have the right to share;
• use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• not attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song we generate for you for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing it with friends and family. We do not claim ownership of the personal story you provide.

Commercial use — such as advertising, resale, or public broadcasting — requires a separate license. Contact support@petencore.com to discuss commercial rights.

The Petencore name, brand, design, website, and underlying technology remain our property and may not be copied, resold, or reused.

Lyrics and music are generated by artificial intelligence. Output is probabilistic and may vary. We cannot guarantee any specific result, style, factual accuracy, or that a song will meet your subjective expectations. The free preview lets you evaluate the song before purchase. The Service and its output are provided “as is”.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petencore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the song giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic, where Petencore is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
